The submitted documents are screened usually within one business day.
Once your profile is verified, you will receive an email "Your profile has been verified."
You are now ready to open a live trading account by logging in to the Customer Portal and clicking "Open a Live Account."
Notes:
If there are problems with the documents submitted, you will receive an email " Your document has been declined." Please check the decline reason and resubmit new documents on the Customer Portal.
