Can I edit my profile information after verification?

Yes, you can. Please follow the steps below.

  1.  Please log in to the Customer Portal
  2. Expand Profile tab in the Trader's Menu
  3. By clicking Profile and Questionnaire, you can change your registered information.


Please contact our support team if the section you wish to change is not editable.

Please note that you may be asked to submit additional documents to update your registered information.
