Can I withdraw my funds anytime?

If you have open positions, please close them before submitting a withdrawal request on the Customer Portal.

Please make sure you have your verified POA (proof of address) on your profile before submitting a withdrawal request.

How to submit a withdrawal request:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Expand the Funds tab in the Trader's Menu.
  3. Click Withdraw Funds
  4. Select the relevant account
