How can I get a trading history/report ? (Either for my record or doing taxes)

Retail Account Holders :

You can get the trading history/report either on your MT4 or the Customer Portal, please follow the steps below.

Steps to follow:

On your MT4:

1. 1. Log in to your trading account on MT4
   2. Right-click "Account history" in the MT4 terminal window
   3. Set the time period (e.g. 1 year, 1 month, 1 week) by selecting "Custom period"
   4. Right-click on "Save report"
   5. You can calculate the total trading lots by copying and pasting the data into an Excel sheet or Google Sheet.
      
      

On the Customer Portal:

1. Expand the Accounts tab in Trader's Menu.
2. Click Accounts Overview.
3. Click the relevant account number highlighted in blue.
4. Click Trading History.
5. CSV can be generated by clicking Export to CSV 

PAMM Investor Account Holders:

You can generate the report on the PAMM Investor Portal and calculate the account's total trading lots.

Please follow the steps below.

Steps to follow:

1. 1. Log in to the PAMM Investor Portal.
   2. Click the "Reports" tab
   3. Set the time period
   4. Check all the box "Include aggregated trade results" for the reporting conditions
   5. Click the "Request" button
   6. The account trading history will be extracted in a new tab on your browser.
      (Make sure to unblock pop-ups on your browser)
   7. Calculate the total trading lots by copying and pasting the data into an Excel sheet or Google Sheet.
