How can I transfer funds from my PAMM account?

You cannot transfer funds from your PAMM Investor account through My Page by yourself.
If you wish to request a fund transfer, please contact Customer Support with the following information:

Required Information

  • Source account number

  • Destination account number

  • Transfer amount

Important Notes

  • Please be sure to contact us from your registered email address.

  • Fund transfers are usually processed within one business day.

  • If there are open positions in the PAMM account, the fund transfer will only be carried out after all positions have been closed.
