What are the steps to make a deposit?

Please follow the steps below to make a deposit. 

How to Make a Deposit：

1. 1. Log in to the Customer Portal
   2. Expand Funds tab
   3. Click Payment Details (for the first time only)
   4. Register your payment details (if unregistered)
   5. Click Deposit Funds and select a deposit method*

*We currently offer bitwallet and wire transfer as our payment methods.
